TKDewrell has partnered with Encompass^®—the mortgage management solution deployed by over half of the nation’s top 250 brokerages—and as a result of this partnership, placing title and closing orders with TKDewrell is faster, easier and more secure.

For Encompass users, title and closing orders are placed in mere seconds without any additional fees. The order data will come directly from your Encompass loan file so you’ll save the hassle of re-typing and faxing. When the order is completed, we send it right back into your Encompass loan file. You can even attach documents with your order. Here’s how it works:

1. When you are ready to order title or closing, click Order Title & Closing in the Services tab of your Borrower Summary.

2. You’ll be taken to the Encompass Title Directory. You’ll find our company by clicking on the Find Providers tab. You can easily add us to your personal list of contacts by selecting our name and clicking Add to My List.

3. Once you have chosen Attorneys Title Insurance Corporation from the list, click Order.

4. You’ll be taken to the Order Title & Closing screen, which will be pre-populated with details from your loan file—no need to re-type! Add any additional details you wish and click Send Order.

5. Within seconds, we can view your order. Once we accept the order, you will receive notification via email.

6. When the order is complete, we will send the report directly to your loan file.

That’s it—no faxes, no voice mails and no re-typing! Plus, when your borrower requests a copy of the report, you will know exactly where it is—inside your Encompass loan file.
