For Calyx users, title and closing orders are placed in mere seconds without any additional fees. The order data will come directly from your Encompass loan file so you’ll save the hassle of re-typing and faxing.

Follow the instructions below to select TKDewrell as a preferred Vendor from Calyx:

1. When you are ready to order title or closing click Interfaces on the Menu Bar of a Borrower or Prospect file to view the list of categories.

2. Select the Title category to view the Preferred Point Partner interfaces in that category.

3. Make sure our software is installed and designated with an "X". The Send Data button should be active if it has been installed.

4. To install the ATIC interface, first highlight and select Attorneys Title Insurance Corporation to see if the Install button is active; if it is, just click it to begin the installation.

That’s it—no faxes, no voice mails and no re-typing!
